The company reassessed its strategy for Europe after more than 15 years of selling in the region, as rapid growth demanded a new approach. Urban Outfitters determined that a strong online presence in Europe would drive e-commerce sales, boost brand awareness, and encourage increased in-store visits.
To achieve this, Urban Outfitters needed a partner that could translate and localize its website for European consumers while maintaining the loyalty and success already built with English-speaking customers.
