Fontainebleau recognized that the best way to serve these visitors online was to provide content in their preferred languages.
Localizing the hotel’s website served two goals: allowing guests to book directly on the Fontainebleau website effortlessly and providing international visitors with an online experience that reflects the same high standards as the resort itself. However, the hotel’s small marketing team did not have the internal resources or expertise to manage multilingual website translation, deployment, and operations.
